This position will be responsible for the successful management of a restaurant’s kitchen. Duties to include coordinating roll out of menus, managing restaurant staff, inventory, and maintaining financial budgets in line with company standard. We are seeking a passionate and professional Executive Chef to join the culinary operations for our team. The Executive Chef will oversee the culinary operations for their assigned location. The position will provide daily support and accountability for the sous chefs, cooks, porters and dishwashers and will work closely with the front of house management daily to provide leadership and achieve operational and financial excellence.
