Our Power Markets team has a strong reputation of delivering expert renewable energy strategy and implementation services, including advising clients on large, complex transactions such as power purchase agreements (PPAs) and biomethane purchase agreements (BPAs). This position will play an essential role in expanding 3Degrees’ TTC advisory services for corporate clients, which help finance utility-scale clean energy projects. You will provide subject matter expertise on the various aspects of TTC transactions, combining your tax and accounting experience with the team’s deep knowledge of renewable energy projects and energy markets in order to advise clients on the successful execution of tax credit deals.
