WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR? We’re seeking an Agile Delivery Manager who brings strong critical thinking, creativity, and clear communication to help teams deliver the best outcomes for our clients. You’ll translate our Agile delivery model into day-to-day execution by partnering hands-on with teams to implement tools and maintain consistent practices. You’ll provide transparency through metrics, reporting, and executive-ready insights, while facilitating delivery and aligning outcomes to business value. You’re comfortable engaging senior leaders, using emotional intelligence and influence to challenge the status quo and drive adoption without formal authority. WHAT YOU'LL DO: Reporting to our Delivery Operations Manager, as a Full-Time Specialist on our team ,you’ll assess current team processes, tools, and performance to inform how the Agile delivery framework, governance, and prioritization structures are implemented. You’ll configure and administer Agile tooling (e.g., Jira) and facilitate core ceremonies to keep teams focused, sprint-ready, and continuously improving. You’ll design and maintain delivery metrics, reporting artifacts, and executive dashboards to track progress, risks, dependencies, and outcomes across initiatives. You’ll coordinate across teams and partner with Product Owners and the Change Management Lead to reinforce best practices and support adoption through training and communications. QUALIFICATIONS: • 5+ years of experience in Agile delivery, project coordination, or business analysis, • Working knowledge of Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban), • Experience defining operating models, governance structures, and metrics frameworks, • Experience in coaching and developing people and teams, influencing behavior change, and establishing sustainability through cultural change, • Proven ability to lead large, cross-functional initiatives and transformations, • Hands-on experience with Agile tools (e.g., Jira, Azure DevOps) including configuration, • Strong organizational and analytical skills with attention to detail, • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment, • Experience in delivering presentations to virtual and in-person teams, • Excellent facilitation, communication, and stakeholder management skills, • Agile certification(s) a plus (e.g., CSM, Certified Scrum Practitioner, SAFe Agilist (SA), PMI-ACP) RESPONSIBILITIES: • Own delivery strategy, standards, and execution health across programs or portfolios, • Own delivery strategy, standards, and execution health across programs or portfolios, • Own delivery accountability for timelines, scope, quality, and outcomes, • Define KPIs (e.g., velocity, cycle time, predictability, throughput) and ensure adoption, • Establish and enforce governance forums (e.g., sprint reviews, program increments, steering committees), • Drive prioritization alignment across business and technology stakeholders, • Act as escalation point for delivery risks, issues, and blockers, • Guide resource planning and capacity management at a program level, • Ensure consistency in tooling, workflows, and reporting standards (oversight vs. configuration), • Provide executive-level communication on delivery status, risks, and outcomes, • Drive adoption of agile tools and practices (e.g., Jira, Azure DevOps), • Partner with executive stakeholders to provide updates and ensure alignment, • Develop and deliver presentations to various levels of stakeholders and facilitate working sessions to identify resolutions to impediments to continuous Agile improvement, • Effectively leverage and combine different industry-standard scaling concepts to specific business problems in a manner that best supports Scaled Agile values and principles, • Provide strategic thought leadership during engagements on approaches to overcome impediments to accelerated delivery; skillfully facilitate conflict resolution with and between teams, • Foster a strong spirit of communication and collaboration between teams to align program goals, deliver final products, and ensure leadership transparency to impediments and progress, • Ensure appropriate risk management and control practices are integrated into the lifecycle of Agile initiatives, • Build and maintain relationships with lines of business, team members, management, key stakeholders, and/or external contacts (e.g., vendors, etc.), • Continuously identify opportunities for improvement for implementing Agile tools and best practices, • Drive consistent Agile practices and strategies across the organization to enhance business value delivery and responsiveness to organization and marketplace opportunities, • Ensure Agile concepts and principles are adhered to, and also seen as the voice of reason and authority What We Offer: Celebrated by Inc. 5000 for our rapid growth and award-winning workplace, Main Digital invites you to be a part of our collaborative and forward-thinking team.
