Job Description A leading independent hospitality group in New Orleans is seeking dynamic leaders to join their management team. Whether stepping into a General Manager role or advancing as a Senior Restaurant Manager, this is a high-visibility opportunity to lead in one of the most vibrant food cities in the country. What You’ll Do • Lead daily operations to ensure an exceptional guest experience and consistent brand standards., • Recruit, train, and mentor staff, fostering a strong culture of accountability and hospitality., • Manage budgets, forecasts, and cost controls to achieve financial targets., • Drive sales growth through innovative marketing, local partnerships, and community engagement., • Oversee scheduling, labor management, and operational systems for efficiency., • Partner closely with ownership and culinary leadership to deliver excellence in every detail. Who You Are • Proven experience as a Restaurant Manager, GM, or Hospitality Leader in high-volume environments., • Skilled in people leadership, guest service, and operational execution., • Strong knowledge of food & beverage with the ability to engage guests and train staff., • Familiarity with restaurant management systems (Toast POS, OpenTable, Restaurant365 preferred)., • Financially savvy, with a track record of hitting prime cost and profitability targets., • Passionate about New Orleans dining culture and delivering unforgettable hospitality. Compensation & Benefits • Restaurant Manager: $55,000–$65,000, • General Manager: $65,000–$80,000 (DOE), • Bonus: Up to 20% of salary, paid quarterly based on performance metrics, • Medical Coverage: 75% employer-paid (employee), optional dental & vision, • Company-paid life insurance & EAP benefits, • Disability coverage available, • Paid Parking (location-based), • PTO: 40 hours after 6 months, 80 hours after 1 year, • Expected workload: ~50 hours per week it’s a chance to join a respected local restaurant group where ownership mentality, passion for hospitality, and a drive for excellence are rewarded.
