Position Overview We are seeking a skilled HVAC Controls Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for control drawings + submittals, programming, and managing control systems for various projects, ensuring optimal performance and compliance with industry standards. Key Responsibilities • Program Building Automation System (BAS) software for HVAC controls (e.g. Tridium, Distech), • Configure, integrate and troubleshoot HVAC controls to optimize performance and reliability., • Work closely with clients and project teams to gather requirements and deliver effective solutions., • Create and review technical documentation, including drawings, specifications, and system narratives., • Collaborate with project managers to develop project specifications and ensure timely delivery of submittals., • Minimum of 3 years of experience in controls programming, specifically with HVAC controls., • Strong knowledge of control systems and programming languages, • Experience programming Building Automation System software (e.g. Tridium, Distech, Honeywell, or Johnson Controls), • Proficiency in design software for control drawings (e.g. AutoCAD, Revit, Visio, etc.), • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail., • Strong communication skills and ability to work in a team environment., • Competitive Compensation: $85k-115k (DOE), • Hybrid workplace (flexible WFH options), • Medical, • Dental, • Vision, • 401k with 10% match, • Bonuses, • Paid time off, • ...and more! - For this position, you must be currently authorized to work in the United States without the need for sponsorship for a non-immigrant visa.
