We are seeking an experienced Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) to join a fast-paced organization supporting a large, geographically dispersed workforce. This is an excellent opportunity for an HR professional who thrives in a hands-on, strategic environment and has significant Employee Relations and Investigations experience. \n \n This is not a traditional HR Generalist position. The ideal candidate will be a polished, strategic HRBP who can quickly step into the business, independently manage complex employee relations matters, coach leaders, and provide sound guidance with minimal ramp-up. \n \n Schedule – Hybrid – Mon-Thurs in office, Friday – WFH \n Contract Length – Thru January 2027, with possible extension \n \n Key Responsibilities \n\n • Serve as a trusted HR advisor and strategic partner to business leaders and management.\n, • Manage complex employee relations matters, including investigations, corrective actions, performance concerns, terminations, and workplace issues.\n, • Conduct thorough and objective employee investigations while identifying potential risk and recommending appropriate solutions.\n, • Coach leaders through performance management, documentation, accountability conversations, and employee relations situations.\n, • Provide guidance regarding company policies, employment practices, compliance, and risk mitigation.\n, • Partner with leaders on organizational changes and workforce-related initiatives.\n, • Support both field-based and corporate employee populations.\n, • Independently manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.\n, • Promote consistency and fairness in the application of HR policies and practices.\n, • Provide day-to-day HRBP support while balancing employee needs, business objectives, and organizational risk.\n\n \n What We're Looking For \n\n • Proven experience as a Human Resources Business Partner / Strategic HRBP.\n, • Strong background in Employee Relations and workplace investigations.\n, • Experience handling complex employee matters with minimal oversight.\n, • Demonstrated ability to coach and influence leaders at multiple levels.\n, • Strong performance management and corrective action experience.\n, • Excellent judgment, communication, and problem-solving skills.\n, • Ability to operate independently and quickly establish credibility with leadership.\n, • Experience supporting a large retail, CPG, consumer-facing, or field-based workforce is highly valued.\n, • Candidates with backgrounds supporting organizations such as large retailers, grocery chains, home improvement, or other high-volume environments are encouraged to apply.\n\n \n Ideal Candidate \n The successful candidate will be a confident and strategic HR professional who can walk into a complex environment and immediately begin supporting leadership.
