Job Description This is a commission role earning 80,000-110,000/yr. About the Role: As an HVAC Service Technician, you will be responsible for installation, maintenance, and repair residential HVAC systems. You will also be responsible for diagnosing and troubleshooting systems. Why You’ll Want to Work Here: • Core values that we live every day – not just words on a page: We Win Together, Today Not Tomorrow, Performance Not Politics, • Performance pay directly tied to results – You deliver for us, we deliver for you, • Benefits you will use – Full medical, dental, and vision packages including fully employer paid options, • Secure your financial future – 401(k) with company match, • We invest in your future – ongoing training that directly results into bigger career opportunities combined with continuous education stipends, • Perform installation, maintenance, and repair of residential HVAC systems, including heating, cooling, and ventilation equipment., • Diagnose and troubleshoot HVAC system issues to identify the root cause of malfunctions and recommend effective solutions., • Conduct regular inspections and preventative maintenance to ensure optimal system performance and identify potential problems after they escalate., • Install, repair, or replace components, such as compressors, motors, fans, thermostats, filters, and ductwork., • Collaborate with team members to coordinate work schedules, prioritize service calls, and efficiently complete assignments., • Communicate with customers in a professional and courteous manner, addressing their concerns, explaining repair options, and providing recommendations for system improvements., • Accurately document service activities, including equipment status, repairs performed, parts used, and time spent on each job., • High school diploma or equivalent., • Proven experience as a Residential Service HVAC Technician or similar role., • Valid HVAC technician license/certification., • Strong technical skills and proficiency in diagnosing and repairing residential HVAC systems., • Solid knowledge of HVAC codes, regulations, and safety standards., • Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities., • Exceptional customer service and communication skills., • Ability to work independently and efficiently manage time and workload., • Physical stamina and the ability to work in various weather conditions and confined spaces., • Customer service focus and mindset, putting our employees and Partners first, with excellent ability to communicate and develop relationships., • Exceptional problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities to improve things both big and small., • Highly organized, ability to act quickly while still having attention to detail., • Hold yourself to a higher standard and exhibit a high level of integrity.
