You might be a great fit if you have: * A high school diploma or equivalent (required) * An active RBT certification – or the willingness to complete training and pass the RBT exam within 30 days of hire (we’ll support you!) * A bachelor’s degree (or progress toward one) in psychology, education, social work, or a related field (preferred but not required) * Experience in any of the following fields: * Childcare (nanny, daycare, preschool assistant) * Special education or paraprofessional support roles * Teaching, tutoring, or camp counseling * Mental health or behavioral health settings * Direct support for individuals with developmental disabilities * CNA, PCA, or home health care roles * Strong communication, organization, and time management skills * A valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and the ability to pass a level-2 background check * A sincere interest in helping children grow and thrive Ready to get started?
