Job DescriptionSeeking a male who can be a positive role model and support for children or teenagers struggling with anxiety, ADHD, or other Mental Health or behavior related challenges. Ability to work within the time frame of Monday-Friday after 3:30pm, and occasional weekends Job Summary: The ideal candidate will have experience working with children/teenagers and shaping behaviors to improve the quality of life for the child and family. Duties: β’ Provide guidance, support, and strategies to address the child and family's needs., β’ Follow and implement an individualized plan to address goals for the child and family., β’ Foster positive relationship with child to promote growth and development., β’ Collaborate with parents, teachers, and other professionals to ensure the well-being of the child. Skills: β’ Experience in behavior strategies, childcare, special education, or related fields., β’ Strong mentoring and educational skills., β’ Knowledge of child welfare practices and behavioral health., β’ Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. Schedule: β’ Monday to Friday - After school hours, β’ Weekends as needed compensation rate $25-$40 an hour, based on experience, education and skill level. Minimum education requirement is a high school diploma, BA is a plus.
