Job Description Medical Device Assembler - Temecula Job Description • Join our team as an Assembler, where you will be responsible for producing high-quality cardiovascular medical devices within a dedicated manufacturing cell., • This role involves detailed assembly and operation of various equipment and machinery, following documented procedures., • Assemble medical devices and related components., • Clean tools and equipment per documented procedures., • Utilize microscopes, hand tools, razor blades, syringes, soldering, and adhesive bonding., • Perform visual inspection and precision measurements on components and assemblies., • Conduct tests on units using computerized test equipment., • Repair and correct devices/components using microscopes and applicable tools., • Package devices ensuring all parts are accurate and documentation is complete., • Maintain accurate records to ensure traceability and address quality issues., • 6 months of manufacturing experience, • Ability to operate assembly equipment and machinery 1st Shift: 5am or 6am to 1:30pm or 2:30pm, Monday through Friday, frequent mandatory Saturdays 2nd Shift: 2pm to 10:30pm, Monday through Friday, frequent mandatory Saturdays, must be able to train on 1st shift for 6-8 weeks Must be available for mandatory Overttime on the back end of the shift There is a possibility that some candidates will be moved to a 9/80 shift after training based on current need. Operator I: 6 months of manufacturing experience needed Operator II: 3-4 years of manufacturing experience Operator III: 5+ years of manufacturing experience 1st Shift: Operator I : Pay is $19.25/hr Operator II: Pay is $20.00/hr Operator III: Pay is $20.75/hr 2nd Shift: Operator I : Pay is $21.18/hr Operator II: Pay is $22.00/hr Operator III: Pay is $22.83/hr Why Work Here? Maintain a professional appearance as visitors are welcomed daily. Dress code prohibits clothing with suggestive language or imagery, exposed or revealing clothing, and requires adherence to Global Gowning Procedures. Jeans are allowed if professionally appropriate, without rips, holes, or stains. Job Type & Location This is a Contract position based out of Temecula, CA. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $19.25 - $22.83/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
