In partnership with the Residence Manager: • Ensures that the program meets the guidelines and regulations which govern residential operations., • Tracks program and individual progress to ensure further program development., • Maintain and update medication records of individuals residing in the IRA., • Monitor to ensure all medical appointments and follow-up visits are done as needed., • Work closely with Nurse/Medical Director on all medical care for residents., • Work closely with Psychologist on all behavioral plans and data for residents., • Establish professional relationships with local pharmacies, urgent care centers, etc., • Ensure that all reports of injuries and accidents are reported as required by organization policy and OPWDD regulations.
