Job Description As the Senior Director of Demand Generation, you will be a key strategic partner to the CMO and leadership team, responsible for architecting and scaling INNERGY’s global growth engine. You will lead the development of integrated marketing strategies that drive customer acquisition, accelerate pipeline, and deliver measurable revenue impact across multiple markets and channels. This is a high-visibility, high-impact role where strategic thinking meets execution. You will oversee a growing team, collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Product, and Customer Success, and play a pivotal role in positioning INNERGY as the industry’s most innovative and customer-centric brand. We’re looking for a hands-on, data-driven leader who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys balancing strategy with execution. Duties & Responsibilities Include: • Develop and execute a comprehensive demand generation strategy that delivers qualified leads, accelerates pipeline growth, and drives revenue outcomes., • Partner closely with Sales and Revenue Operations to improve funnel efficiency, lead quality, and opportunity conversion., • Oversee campaign planning, digital marketing, and content strategy — ensuring all initiatives align with business objectives and brand positioning., • Establish and own marketing performance metrics, attribution models, and reporting processes to measure ROI and inform investment decisions., • Collaborate with the CMO on annual planning, forecasting, and budget optimization across channels and programs., • Lead, mentor, and grow a high-performing demand generation team, fostering a culture of experimentation, accountability, and continuous improvement., • Partner with Product Marketing and Brand to ensure consistent storytelling across paid, owned, and earned channels., • Evaluate and optimize, • marketing technology tools and automation systems to enhance scalability and data visibility., • Represent Marketing leadership in cross-functional planning sessions, customer events, and executive reviews., • Perform other strategic and leadership duties as assigned. Qualifications • 8+ years of progressive experience in B2B marketing, preferably within the SaaS industry, with at least 3 years in a senior or leadership role., • Proven track record of designing and executing multi-channel demand generation strategies that drive measurable revenue growth., • Strong expertise in digital marketing, content strategy, lead generation, and campaign automation., • Experience collaborating closely with Sales leadership to improve lead flow, qualification processes, and conversion rates., • Analytical and metrics-driven mindset, adept at interpreting performance data and optimizing for efficiency and ROI., • Experience managing and mentoring marketing teams, fostering alignment and performance., • Proficiency with HubSpot, CRM systems, and MarTech stacks (automation, attribution, analytics)., • Excellent communication, leadership, and collaboration skills, with the ability to influence cross-functional teams., • Highly organized, efficient, and able to balance strategic priorities with hands-on execution., • Thrives in a dynamic, entrepreneurial environment with a passion for innovation, agility, and continuous learning., • Ability to travel up to 25–30%, including domestic and international trips for leadership meetings, trade shows, and customer or partner events., • Ability to sit for extended periods and work at a monitor for long durations., • Ability to lift up to 45 lbs (for marketing events or setup needs).
