We provide high-quality automotive servicesincluding oil changes, brake repair, exhaust work, tire and fluid servicesto both retail and commercial fleet customers. In addition to daily operations, we actively acquire independent auto repair businesses and franchise locations as part of our strategic growth plan. Position Overview Were seeking a results-driven District Manager to oversee multiple store locations in the DallasFort Worth market. As a key member of our leadership team, youll be responsible for driving operational excellence, team development, and customer satisfaction across all assigned stores. This role requires a hands-on leader who thrives in a fast-paced, performance-oriented environment. Key Responsibilities • Lead and manage daily operations across multiple stores to meet or exceed financial targets, • Develop and execute district-level sales and marketing strategies to drive traffic and revenue, • Conduct regular performance reviews and coach Store Managers to build leadership capacity, • Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and operational procedures, • Maintain clean, organized, and safe store environments, • Monitor inventory levels and optimize parts distribution across locations, • Recruit, hire, and onboard top talent for store-level leadership roles, • Train managers on scheduling, hiring, employee relations, and conflict resolution, • Foster a culture of teamwork, accountability, and high performance, • Build relationships with local businesses and community organizations to generate leads, • Resolve customer concerns professionally and promptly, • Analyze store performance reports and identify areas for improvement, • Visit stores daily to provide support and ensure operational consistency, • Manage store budgets and reinforce high standards of customer service, • Partner with HR to investigate and resolve employee issues, • Implement loss prevention strategies related to warranty claims, safety, and workers comp, • Address operational challenges as they arise, • Perform other duties as assigned Skills & Qualifications • 3+ years of management experience in a retail environment (required), • 57 years of multi-unit management experience in automotive or related industry (preferred), • Valid drivers license and reliable transportation, • Authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship, • Strong computer and reporting skills, • Entrepreneurial mindset with strategic thinking ability, • Excellent problem-solving and customer service skills, • Strong communication and team leadership abilities, • Ability to adapt quickly and manage frequent interruptions, • Willingness to travel to other markets as needed Education: • Minimum of a High School Diploma or equivalent; some College preferredJob Type:, • Full-time; ExemptPhysical Requirements:, • Be able to work in a fast-paced environment while multi-tasking to achieve desired outcome, • Be able to bend, stoop, reach and crawl, • Sitting and standing for up to 12 hours per day, • Can stand for extended period of times and climb stairs, • Can lift up to 50 lbs, • Work in variable weather conditions
