Duties and Responsibilities Vehicle Maintenance Services • Perform oil and filter changes according to company procedures and manufacturer guidelines, • Check, top off, and maintain vehicle fluids (engine oil, coolant, windshield washer fluid, and others as permitted), • Inspect basic vehicle components such as air filters, tire pressure, and wiper blades, • Identify and communicate maintenance needs or concerns to customers or supervisors, • Greet customers and confirm requested services, • Explain service recommendations clearly and professionally, • Answer basic questions regarding maintenance services and pricing, • Follow all workplace safety procedures and proper tool usage, • Maintain a clean, organized, and hazard-free service bay, • Dispose of used oil and materials according to environmental regulations, • Operate service equipment and tools safely and properly, • Perform routine maintenance and upkeep of service equipment, • Maintain adequate levels of supplies and materials, • Work cooperatively with car wash and service staff, • Assist with workflow during high-volume periods, • High school diploma or equivalent preferred, • Basic automotive knowledge or mechanical aptitude, • Ability to follow procedures and safety standards, • Strong attention to detail and time management skills, • Good communication and customer service skills, • Previous experience in quick lube, automotive service, or maintenance, • Fast-paced indoor and outdoor service environment, • Exposure to automotive fluids, equipment, and moderate noise, • $20 per hour
