You'll diagnose issues, present honest options, and build relationships with customers who call back and ask for you by name. Day to day, that means: * Diagnosing and resolving HVAC issues across a range of equipment — furnaces, heat pumps, mini-splits, central A/C, boilers. * Spotting potential problems early to prevent callbacks and breakdowns. * Walking homeowners through their options — repair vs. replace, financing, service agreements — so they can make an informed decision. * Owning your numbers. WHO WE'RE LOOKING FOR As the Compliance Manager, you will own carrier and TPA scorecard performance across all insurance programs, serving as the process owner for compliance workflows and leading a team of compliance professionals to deliver consistent, excellent results that directly impact business growth. This role requires an understanding of business priorities and ability to translate them into high-impact compliance results. You will help business leaders look around corners with data-driven recommendations that improve scorecard performance, reduce operational friction, and strengthen carrier relationships. The Day to Day Compliance Performance & Scorecard Management • Own and manage carrier and TPA scorecard performance across all programs, • Monitor SLA compliance and identify trends, gaps, and root causes impacting performance, • Ensure documentation accuracy and completeness across all carrier programs, • Partner with Project Managers and Estimators to ensure compliance requirements are consistently met, • Serve as process owner for RMS documentation and compliance workflows, • Drive continuous improvement initiatives to reduce errors, rework, and PM friction, • Implement systems to identify and address recurring compliance issues, • Lead and manage compliance team of 6-8 staff members across multiple locations, • Set daily priorities, workflows, and quality standards for team members, • Coach and develop team members for accuracy, efficiency, and ownership, • Reassign workloads as needed to meet deadlines and SLAs, • Partner closely with General Manager and Executive Leadership on strategic initiatives, • Provide regular updates on compliance performance and scorecard metrics to leadership team, • Collaborate with operational teams to ensure alignment on compliance priorities, • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Compliance, or related field preferred, • 3-5+ years in compliance, operations, or insurance-driven roles, • Experience owning compliance, SLAs, or operational KPIs, • Experience managing or coordinating teams in process-heavy environments, • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, • Demonstrated experience improving KPIs or scorecard-based performance, • Comfort working with Project Managers, Estimators, and leadership across multiple functions, • Proficiency in Excel (Power BI a plus), • Experience with Cotality or similar systems preferred, • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with ability to influence without direct authority Base salary range of $70,000-$100,000, commensurate with experience. Qualified individuals will also have the confidence, along with professional and organizational skills, to manage and build relationships with the corporate clients who employ our students. The Program Coordinator is responsible for implementing the Genesys Works core model with students and managing supporting relationships with student’s supervisors and school representatives. The ideal Program Coordinator demonstrates heart, humor and a commitment to our youth development mission. We are looking for a Program Coordinator to join us starting in May 2026. Mission Genesys Works is a nonprofit organization that trains and employs high school seniors to perform professional services for major corporations. Our mission is to provide pathways to career success for high school students in underserved communities through skills training, meaningful work experiences, and impactful relationships. Key Responsibilities * Work one-on-one with students to develop trusting relationships through mentoring and coaching throughout the program, facilitating long-term individual and program success; * Develop and manage relationships with corporate client supervisors and school administrators related to cohort of interns to ensure delivery of exceptional service and that any client or student issues in the workplace are dealt with quickly and effectively; * Lead bi-monthly team meetings of Genesys Works’ students during the school year to assist them in choosing a career path, applying to colleges, and securing financial aid; * Teach professional skills curriculum to students during eight-week summer training program; * Monitor summer training performance and provide input on internship readiness and placement; * Maintain metrics and student benchmarks throughout the program to measure and assure student success in training, in the workplace, and in developing a path to college and career success; * Actively monitor student intern performance in the workplace and deliver student feedback based on overall performance; * Coach interns on how to successfully balance school, work, and life during internship; * Recruit, interview, and select students through visits to partner schools and presentations; * Support Executive Director in maintaining relationships with companies over time and leveraging those relationships for internship position renewal and growth; * Opportunities to assist with initiatives in areas including, but not limited to, communications, fundraising, partner recruitment, curriculum development, student recruitment, and alumni programming.
