Job Description Job Title: Receptionist Reports To: The Receptionist will report to the Client Services Supervisor, Client Services Manager, or equivalent leadership. SPS is seeking a Receptionist for a client, a leading global private equity firm. This Admin Assistant welcomes all visitors and colleagues alike as the first point of contact upon arrival. This hospitality-focused person understands they set the stage for the experience on the touchpoint journey. The ideal candidate should be organized, professional, and have a passion for service. As the first point of contact for visitors and callers, this individual will deliver a seamless, high-touch experience that reflects the firm's commitment to professionalism and exceptional hospitality. This role combines reception duties, hospitality, and light administrative support to ensure a world class experience for both employees and guests. Typical Work Schedule: Mondays to Fridays 9AM - 6PM What You Will Be Doing: • Greet and assist visitors, delivering an exceptional first impression., • Answer and route calls promptly and professionally, including confidential inquiries., • Oversee conference room scheduling, meeting preparation, and catering coordination., • Prepare and reset meeting spaces before and after events., • Maintain a clean, organized reception area and offer refreshments to guests., • Provide light administrative support to internal teams as needed., • 2-4 years of reception or hospitality experience, ideally in financial services or hospitality environments., • Exceptional customer service, communication, and interpersonal skills., • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced setting., • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite; comfortable learning new systems. Job Overview: The Receptionist provides exceptional service by greeting and assisting all visitors and answering inbound calls, continuously offering the highest level of service to all corporate employees and their visitors, and maintaining a professional image of the company by providing prompt, courteous and efficient service. As an effort to be a cross-trained team player, the Receptionist may be called upon to assist in other SPS service areas such as, but not limited to mail/shipping operations, hospitality and general office/facilities work based on operational needs to provide a top tier customer experience. Main Functions: • Primary function of reception/concierge: answer all calls/correspondences and provide an exceptional customer service experience for all incoming/outgoing visitors., • Light facilities/hospitality work: perform hospitality work as needed such as but not limited to assisting customers to open troubleshooting tickets, help order supplies, stock kitchens/service areas with supplies. Job Description Onsite IT Technician- is responsible for providing local operational support for an office or group of offices. This position requires both excellent customer service and problem-solving skills. The candidate must possess a process and project orientated mindset and be efficient working individually as well as part of a larger team. The ideal candidate would be knowledgeable on a wide range of technology and adaptable enough to be able to leverage it against a wide range of technical issues. The candidate must be highly motivated and self-reliant individual with a desire to better themselves.
