Why Atrium?  Flexible schedule – better work-life balance than many clinical settings  Prime Midtown location – easily accessible via public transit  Competitive compensation – pay reflects your time and effort Clinical Duties  Room patients and record vital signs  Assist physicians during exams and minor procedures  Draw blood and perform EKGs when requested  Collect and process lab specimens Front Desk Operations  Greet patients and visitors warmly and professionally  Manage patient check-in/check-out, verify insurance, and collect copays  Schedule and confirm appointments via phone and EHR  Answer incoming calls, route messages, and handle inquiries  Process referrals, medical record requests, and prior authorizations  Coordinate with clinical staff to ensure smooth patient βlow  Uphold patient confidentiality and HIPAA standards
