We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Order Processor to join our team at our retail store in Queen, New York. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing customer orders, printing shipping labels from the WordPress backend, and packing orders for shipment. The role requires experience in e-commerce order processing and familiarity with WordPress-based systems. The Order Processor will play a crucial role in ensuring timely and accurate order fulfillment, maintaining the flow of operations, and providing exceptional service to our customers. Key Responsibilities: Order Processing: Review and process incoming orders via our e-commerce platform (WordPress-based). Ensure all order details (products, quantities, shipping addresses, etc.) are accurate. Communicate with the customer service team to resolve any order discrepancies. Label Printing: Access and print shipping labels through the WordPress backend (knowledge of WooCommerce, Amazon, Walmart is a plus). Ensure labels are accurate and match the order details. Organize and attach the correct shipping labels to each package. Packing Orders: Pack orders securely and efficiently, ensuring all items are carefully handled and protected during transit. Select the appropriate packaging materials and boxes for each order. Prepare and organize orders for shipment by using the correct shipping carrier and service. Inventory Management: Track inventory levels and communicate with the team if items are low or out of stock. Assist in maintaining accurate inventory records. Customer Service Support: Respond to any shipping or order-related inquiries from customers promptly and professionally. Ensure all orders are shipped out on time, meeting customer expectations. Order Tracking: Monitor the shipment status of orders and provide tracking information to customers as needed. Follow up on any shipping delays or issues with the shipping carrier. Qualifications: Previous experience in order processing, shipping, or related fields, preferably within a retail or e-commerce environment. Strong experience with WordPress (WooCommerce) for managing and processing orders. Ability to print and manage shipping labels through WordPress backend. Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple orders at once. Basic knowledge of inventory management practices. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. Must be able to lift and move packages as needed. Experience with shipping carriers (USPS, UPS, FedEx) and basic shipping procedures is a plus. High school diploma or equivalent required; additional certification or training in logistics or e-commerce is a plus. IMPORTANT: -Needs to have Driver's License -Need to lift Package Boxes

Job Summary: The Picker/Packer & Returns Specialist will be responsible for accurately picking and packing orders, as well as receiving and testing returned items. This role is essential for ensuring that our customers receive their products on time and that any returned items are assessed and processed efficiently. Picking and Packing: Order Fulfillment: Accurately pick items from inventory based on order specifications and prepare them for shipping. Packing: Safely pack items using appropriate materials, ensuring they are secure and ready for transit. Labeling: Create and affix shipping labels and documentation to outgoing packages, ensuring accuracy. Returns Management: Receiving Returns: Inspect and receive returned items from customers, ensuring all returned products are logged accurately. Testing Products: Conduct thorough testing of returned items to assess functionality and determine if they can be restocked or require further action. Documentation: Maintain detailed records of returned items, including reasons for return and testing outcomes.

POSITION SUMMARY Nursery Care and Classroom Assistant provides care for infants and toddlers of parents who are on site in adult programming. The ability to communicate fluently (verbal and written) in Spanish and English will be required. The Nursery Care and Classroom Assistant will interface with the parents to meet their child’s individual needs and developmental stages. The Classroom Assistant for Children and Family provides lesson planning, teaching, and support to the Children and Families Faith Formation and Education programs on Sunday mornings. The payrate for this position is $20-30 an hour. Weekly Schedule: Sunday (8:30am-1:30pm) Monday-Thursday (9:30am -12:30pm) mornings Saturday flexibility Seasonal church Holy Days are mandatory (Christmas Eve, Palm Sunday, Easter Sunday). ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Support but don’t rush parent-child separation. Ask and listen to parents’ description of the baby’s current feeding, diapering, and sleep needs, as well as their physical and emotional status and developmental abilities including language preference (for verbal and non-verbal babies). Make sure anything that is left with the baby (car seats, diaper bags and contents, etc.) are labeled and used only for that baby. Provide comfort and stimulation to each baby in accordance with the individual baby’s needs and parent’s requests. Confirm pick up time and the parent’s program location in Trinity Commons or church. Comply with TCWS safety and health policies and procedures. Maintain a hygienic and organized space, and track supply inventory. Work with manager, other staff, and volunteers to prepare and deliver faith formation content and experiences in person with children, ages 3-12, as per direction from the manager. Classroom set up and clean up. Smart board set up, if needed. Check in/out students with software program. Materials/supplies preparation, clean up, maintenance. Full compliance with Safe Church, and all Trinity HR trainings and privacy policies. Provide hands on Childcare and Supervision, including but not limited to: feeding, dressing, toileting support as needed, (within policy compliance), model and enforce Trinity’s safety and security policies, maintain and enforce Trinity health and hygiene policies, maintain and enforce Trinity space usage policies, transition children to different spaces, maintain and support classroom policies and best practices. Provide support and communication to parents, other staff, and volunteers. Maintain awareness and sensitivity for all students with special needs, allergies, known medical or emotional needs, as per parent/guardian’s instructions and Trinity policies.
