Once the exam is passed, will provide high-quality, evidence-based ABA therapy under the supervision of a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA). You will play a direct role in helping clients develop new skills, reduce challenging behaviors, and build independence. Key Responsibilities once passing the RBT exam: • Implement individualized skill-acquisition and behavior-intervention plans as written by a supervising BCBA, • Collect accurate, real-time data on all treatment goals and behavior programs to support BCBA analysis, • Serve in a direct-care role, maintaining regular communication with supervisors for support, training, and feedback, • Adjust interventions or strategies precisely as trained and directed by the supervising BCBA, • Maintain thorough knowledge of all treatment plans, intervention strategies, and client goals for each child on your caseload or team, • Maintain active RBT certification, including: • Completing the annual RBT Competency Assessment or required PDUs, • Meeting monthly supervision hour requirements, • Submitting annual renewal materials to the BACB, • Always Adhering to BACB Ethical Standards for RBTS, • Uphold professional, ethical, and compassionate standards in all interactions with clients, families, and team membersRequirements:, • Minimum High School Diploma or national equivalent, • Must be willing to obtain a valid Registered Behavior Technician Certificate with the BACB, • Ability to pass a pre-employment background screening, • Ability to obtain a fingerprint clearance card, • Ability to pass a pre-employment background screening, • Must maintain active CPR certification, • Strong communication skills, professionalism, and commitment to learning, • Ability to lift, move, or support clients as needed for safety and therapy activities, • Reliability, consistency, and compassion for working with children and families
