Job Description Overview We are looking for a self-motivated, compassionate individual to join our Long Beach team as a Full-Time Candidate Engagement Coordinator This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to grow their career in recruiting within a dynamic organization. This is not a remote position Responsibilities • Proactively reach out to caregiver applicants via phone, text, and email according to company standards, • Perform phone interviews to assess candidate fit based on experience, availability, and alignment with company values, • Clearly communicate the role expectations, qualifications, and company values, • Maintain a high level of professionalism and warmth to reflect our service focused culture, • Assist incoming callers inquiring about caregiver positions or requesting updates in the candidate process, • Utilize Applicant Tracking System (ATS) to manage candidate flow, • Maintain consistent follow-up with applicants to ensure completion of hiring steps, • Coordinate with eligible candidates to schedule orientation training Qualifications • High school diploma or equivalent, • 1+ years of experience in recruitment, customer service, or a related field, • Healthcare/home care experience is a plus, • Excellent phone and communication skills, • Strong organizational and time-management skills, • High attention to detail and ability to prioritize deadlines, • Strong computer and multitasking skills, • Empathy, patience and a genuine interest in helping people, • Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and CRM tools a plus, • Bilingual Spanish a plus Requirements • 18+ years of age or older, • Eligible for employment in the United States
