As we continue to grow, we are looking for a New Store Opening, Operations Training Specialists specialized in the back of house field. This role will help bring each new maman to life with excellence, consistency, and heart. While this role may be based in NYC, Charlotte, Dallas, DC, or the Greater Miami area, it requires extensive travel (approximately 9--10 months per year) to support new café openings, with cross-market support as needed. About the Role As our BOH NSO Specialist, you will lead kitchen pre-openings from setup through stabilization. You'll ensure every new maman kitchen opens organized, food-safe, fully trained, and operating with consistency from day one. You will oversee equipment ordering and installation, kitchen organization, BOH onboarding and certification, and operational readiness. During non-opening periods, you'll support retraining and operational reinforcement in existing markets. Our Landmarked 1859 building, free-standing and sited on a ¼ acre landscaped property, is of masonry and heavy timber construction, with three full stories, plus occupiable cellar and attic, encompassing some 15,000 square feet. Infra-structure consists of environmental conditioning by oil-fired steam boiler and multiple forced-air ventilation systems providing heating and cooling via steam radiators and re-heat coils, electric re-heat coils, exterior and interior split-compressor refrigeration coils, and by separate mini-spilt-system air cooling units. A single domestic and fire water service is connected to municipal supply. Domestic and storm water plumbing and drainage is by gravity and ejector systems discharging at municipal sewer. Building is fully sprinklered and equipped with central station fire alarm service. ConEd provides line-voltage electric service for power distribution and lighting; a UPS supports emergency lighting and signage. A lighting control system serves the main sanctuary. Low-voltage IT and audio-visual systems extend throughout the building, and a local and central station monitored security system serves the grounds and building - door control devices are connected to the fire control system. Vertical circulation is provided by one hydraulic elevator and two LULA lifts. Uses for the building and grounds include, but are not limited to, religious services on week-ends, holidays and festivals, a week-day nursery school, after school classes for children up to 13 years, afternoon and evening adult education, staff offices, daytime and evening committee and community meetings, a seasonal overnight homeless shelter, and life-cycle events for weddings, etc. Building typically operates 6-7 pays per week, 8 am to 10 pm.

Once we’ve cracked the US East Coast model, the plan is to expand this rollout nationwide – turning it into a serious global revenue stream. The Role: Your mission is simple: Get our claw and vending machines into great locations on a revenue-share model and turn those locations into long-term, high-performing accounts. You’ll be responsible for the full sales cycle – from identifying target venues, to getting in front of decision-makers, to negotiating terms and overseeing successful installs.
