The position is also responsible for directing and coordinating all clinical activities, resources and personnel at Advanced Surgical Center. The Director of Nursing coordinates the facility’s preparation for AAAHC accreditation, OSHA, HCFA, and State rules and regulations. Serves the facility as the specialty resource for the current standards of regulatory agencies that apply. Performs utilization review, performance improvement and staff education. Oversees infection control and employee health. Maintains the survey readiness for facility in between surveys. Requirements: Position Requirements Licenses or Certifications: Current licensure to practice in the State of Texas.
