Job DescriptionSalary: $75,000 - $80,000 Job Title: Housing Service Project Manager Reports to: Chief Financial Officer Organizational Overview: Forward Leading IPA (FLIPA) is a nonprofit membership association of safety net providers working in partnership to provide the highest quality integrated healthcare to historically underserved populations in Upstate New York since 2017. FLIPA is renowned for its commitment to integrating primary care, behavioral health, and social care needs. Our growing membership serves individuals across Upstate NY and includes federally qualified health centers (FQHCs), behavioral health providers, and a rural health network consisting of eight county public health departments. Job Summary: A Housing Service Project Manager oversees the planning, coordination, and delivery of housing-related services and development projects. This role ensures that affordable, sustainable, and compliant housing initiatives are executed efficiently and meet community needs. Security Level: Standard - SCN Duties/Responsibilities: • Oversee or assist with the coordination of time sensitive housing services such as:, • Rent and utility payments to landlords and providers, • Vendor management and coordination of home modification projects, • Provisioning small appliances or cookware, • Assist the CFO in the planning, execution, and evaluation of housing-related projects from concept to completion, • Manage project timelines, workflows and performance, • Serve as a connector across departments to ensure housing services are coordinated, compliant, and effective, • Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to scale and streamline a developing housing services program, • Assist in the development of housing-related policies and procedures, • Drive continuous improvement efforts through client feedback and best practices, • Identify and assist in implementing strategies to optimize housing programs, • Support identification of gaps in inbound housing referral process and provide feedback for training and communication to improve quality and efficiency of input, • Partner with IT and data teams to improve systems and support service delivery and ensure appropriate reporting dashboards exist, • Explore and pilot new tools or models to expand access to housing services and reduce barriers to stability, • Ensure all operations align with relevant regulations including HIPPA, data privacy, or funding source requirements, • Other duties as assigned Education & Experience: • Preferred Bachelor's degree, or equivalent experience required, • 3 years of combined experience in project management, customer service, and/or systems development, • Familiarity with HIPPA, data security and privacy, and IT compliance Skills, Knowledge, and Abilities: • Proven ability to manage complex projects and deliver measurable outcomes, • Strong written and verbal communication, • Background inclusive of customer service, • Highly proficient with Microsoft Office Suite, including Microsoft Teams, • Flexible, adaptable style that takes in stride last minute changes and project pivots and thrives on creative problem-solving, • Able to work quickly and efficiently, • Strong interpersonal skills, independently resourceful and thrives in a fully remote environment, • Initiative to complete projects and tasks independently, • Attention to detail and accuracy, • Confidentiality Salary Range: • Salary range is $75,000 - $80,000 commensurate with education and experience.
