Job Description Position Summary Helene Fuld College of Nursing seeks an experienced higher-education professional to serve as the Assistant Vice President (AVP) for Student Information Systems. This position oversees the configuration, administration, and continuous improvement of the College’s Student Information System (SIS) Anthology to support Admissions, Registrar, Financial Aid, Student Accounts, and Academic Affairs. The AVP will play a pivotal role in ensuring operational excellence, regulatory compliance, and data integrity across the student lifecycle. The ideal candidate will combine a strong understanding of higher education processes with hands-on technical and analytical skills, someone who can troubleshoot and resolve SIS issues independently, collaborate across departments, and enhance system usability through training and documentation. Job Description Vice President for Financial Affairs/Chief Fiscal Officer The VP for Financial Affairs/Chief Fiscal Officer is responsible for the overall financial management and budgetary oversight for the University. Provides leadership and vision for the management of the University fiscal and administrative operations, including Controller, Accounting, Student Financial Services, Facilities, Purchasing, Security, and IT, as well as campus expansion and capital programs. Qualifications: Master’s Degree in finance, business, accounting or related discipline, CPA desired. Functional knowledge of integrated financial software solutions and management information systems; demonstrated capacity to successfully manage change; ability to think strategically; knowledge of local, state, and federal laws and regulations; knowledge of Title IV regulations and best practices as it relates to student financial aid packaging. Experience with tax-exempt financing, risk management, federal grant compliance and contract management desired. Has 7-10 years of progressive responsibility as a financial and administrative leader, preferably in higher education. This is a full-time administrative position which reports to the Senior Vice President for Academic and Student Affairs. This position provides leadership and vision for the continuous improvement of teaching and learning at Passaic County Community College and supports faculty and staff in designing effective learning environments for students. The CTL Executive Director will promote a vision for the advancement of learning, educational innovation, and leadership by developing and implementing best practices and research-based activities.
