Fully remote (U.S.) · Up to $70K · Health, 401k match Three29 is a digital marketing and web development agency that builds and grows websites, apps, and SaaS products for clients in construction, SaaS, law, and financial services. We’re a small, fully remote team that moves fast and takes real ownership of client results, and we see what’s happening in AI and search as a big opportunity for our clients and for us. As an Account Manager, you’ll own 10–15 client accounts. You’ll be the face of the agency to those clients, keep design and development projects on schedule and on budget, and act as the client’s advocate inside the team. You’ll also grow your accounts by understanding each client’s business well enough to recommend the next right thing, then turning that into expanded scopes and long-term retainers. There’s no cold calling. The only new-business work happens at industry conferences, where you’ll join the team, meet people, and sign clients when the fit is right. You’ll do well here if you have agency or in-house experience managing web, app, or SaaS projects, can run a client meeting with confidence, stay calm with multiple deadlines competing for your attention, and handle scope creep firmly but in a friendly way. About Three29 We are a tight-knit team that takes pride in doing the work right and championing the results. We move fast, stay curious, and care deeply about the clients we serve. • Three29 core values: Operate With Mutual Respect., • Assume the Best, Deliver Your Best., • Don't Just Do the Work, Champion It., • Reliability Is Our Superpower., • Stay Curious, Stay Adaptable. Who Thrives Here Three29 has a specific culture, and fit matters. The people who do well here are pragmatic and systematic in their approach, but creative and resourceful when the situation calls for it. They do not try to game things. They follow the book and get clever within it. They communicate well, enjoy remote work, expect nothing but the best from themselves and others and can hold a real conversation with clients and teammates. They are excited by what is happening in AI and search and see this moment as an opportunity, not a threat. Job Role As an Account Manager, you'll be at the center of all activity at Three29. To clients, you'll be the friendly face of the agency, someone your clients will look forward to meeting with, who also possesses the technical knowledge and communication skills to own the room. To our internal team, you're the client advocate, ensuring that what your clients want is being executed correctly. To the agency as a whole, you are a master planner, forecasting production to aid the sales team, organizing workload to keep our production team occupied but not overworked, and keeping your finger on the pulse of all production to ensure all tasks are running smoothly across the agency. You are also responsible for growing the accounts you manage. This is not a cold-calling or new-business role. Your sales focus is on the clients already in your portfolio: understanding their business goals well enough to spot where Three29 can do more for them, and turning that insight into expanded scopes, new services, and long-term retainers. The one exception is conferences. You'll join our team at industry events, where you'll talk with attendees, build real connections, and sign up new clients for our services when the fit is right. Core Requirements • Establish and maintain strong working relationships with clients, fostering an environment where long-term business partnerships can grow., • Grow revenue within your client portfolio by identifying opportunities to expand services, upsell and cross-sell relevant offerings, and convert project clients into ongoing retainers., • Lead growth conversations with clients, including presenting recommendations, preparing proposals for expanded work, and closing on approvals., • Attend industry conferences and events with the Three29 team, engaging attendees, building relationships, and signing up new clients for our services., • Track account health, renewal timelines, and growth opportunities, and share forecasts with leadership and the sales team., • Delegate, define, and manage the technical day-to-day activities of design and development projects, including web, mobile, and SaaS projects., • Participate in daily standups with the Accounts team to monitor and address daily workload for production employees., • Manage 10-15 client accounts at any given time, effectively balancing concurrent and sometimes competing projects., • Kick off new projects by preparing projects and milestones, allocating budgets, leading Sales to Production Meetings, customizing projects in Teamwork, and assigning work to appropriate team members., • Coordinate with production staff and, when necessary, clients regarding project details and scope of work. Acquire estimates, generate proposals, and obtain project approvals., • Manage schedules and budgets while ensuring quality assurance for all assigned clients., • Conduct post-mortem meetings at the completion of every major project to gather information used to optimize Three29's internal processes., • Perform internal quality assurance testing, test and task client programming feedback, and ensure builds are deployed with minimal bugs., • Understand the ins and outs of agency culture, operating as an advocate for your clients internally and as a liaison between your clients and internal team. Bonus Points • You have a track record of growing existing client accounts through upsells, expanded scopes, or renewals, and you can share examples with real numbers., • You've worked a booth or networked at conferences or trade shows and are comfortable starting conversations with people you've never met., • You have experience QA testing websites, apps, and software products, recording bugs, and tasking fixes to developers and designers., • In addition to working in a marketing agency environment, you've also worked in branding, communications, public relations, and/or journalism/media., • You've written social post copy, run Google and Facebook ad campaigns, and, if asked, could perform an SEO audit of a website., • You've led client meetings, presenting project deliverables, taking notes, and outlining processes and next steps., • You have experience writing or reviewing code or working in UI/UX design., • You have 1-2 years of creative or marketing agency experience, or in-house experience managing website, app, or SaaS projects., • You're familiar with the WordPress CMS, particularly the Gutenberg editor, • You've used a project management software tool such as Teamwork, JIRA, Monday, ClickUp, or similar platforms., • You've worked in a role that required direct communication with clients and stakeholders through email, phone calls, video conferencing, and in-person meetings., • You have experience communicating with designers and developers to meet client needs., • You have experience guiding clients through the design process. What Success Looks Like • You have great relationships with all your clients., • Your accounts grow. Clients expand the services they use with Three29 because you understand their goals and bring them the right recommendations at the right time., • You come back from conferences with real connections and new clients signed on., • You manage concurrent projects and keep a level head in deadline-oriented environments., • You effectively motivate the team, keeping them on track with project timelines and budgets while keeping their schedules healthy and balanced., • You protect against scope creep in a firm but friendly way and view out-of-scope requests as an opportunity rather than a problem., • You possess outstanding written communication skills, whether you're writing informative, actionable tasks for the production team or keeping client emails clear, concise, and free of typos., • Whether you're in a one-on-one conversation or leading a meeting, you communicate verbally with confidence, composure, and the appropriate level of professionalism., • You display a strong understanding of how to use the products we deliver and can communicate the functional requirements of a project effectively., • You thoroughly review and/or QA test every website, app, or software tool before it reaches the client, ensuring that we deliver a high-quality product. Remote Policy Three29 is a fully remote agency, and this position can be performed remotely from anywhere in the United States. Occasional travel is required to attend industry conferences and events with the team. During the training and onboarding period, which can last between 1 and 4 weeks depending on progress, new hires will work remotely while receiving training and support from the Three29 team. Interview Process We keep it straightforward. You will start with a brief screening call with one of our founders. If that goes well, you will come back for a second round with our Director of Account Management and a few other team members. In that interview we will want to know how you think, not just what you know. • Compensation & BenefitsSalary up to $70,000, depending on experience, • Fully remote, U.S.-based, • Health & Dental Insurance available, • 401k with Matching, • Flexible schedule with two weeks PTO to start, • A small team that actually cares about doing good work Three29 does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, national origin, age, disability, or any other protected status. We are an equal opportunity employer.

Role: Senior Creative Strategist Context We are an 8 figure DTC brand scaling to 9. Creative is our biggest lever. We're hiring A+ players who know how to write winning ads, find net-new angles, formats, concepts, and avatars to expand TAM, and run feedback loops that extract clear learnings from every ad. Our best strategist made $30k last month. The job in one line: run your own creative pod end to end (research the customer, find the angle, write the script, brief and manage the editors, read the results, iterate), produce net-new concepts every week that take up ad spend, and raise the bar for the strategists around you. This is a fully remote, full-time role with overlap with US Eastern time. What you'll own • 15 net-new concepts per week that take up ad spend, • Your creative pod, end to end: you own production from brief to launch, and the output of the video editors on your pod, • Managing video editors: daily check-ins, clear briefs, feedback on cuts, and making sure every editor hits their KPIs on output, turnaround, and quality, • Production timelines: concepts move from script to live ad on schedule, with no bottlenecks and nothing sitting in revisions, • Research that finds what nobody's testing yet: reviews, Reddit, comment sections, competitor ads, and post-purchase surveys, • New angles, avatars, formats, and desires that expand who we can sell to, • Feedback loops on every ad: what won, what failed, why, and what to test next, • Iterating on winners to get more spend and more life out of every concept, • Setting testing priorities with the Head of Creative Strategy: what gets tested, in what order, and why Required • 3+ years as a direct response marketer in-house at a DTC brand or at a creative agency, • Multiple personal winners: scripts you wrote that spent $500K+ in ad spend, • Experience managing video editors or a creative production team, and holding them to output and quality KPIs, • Deep understanding of consumer psychology. You can explain why an ad won or failed., • Obsessed with studying ads Bonus: • Experience in the DTC beauty space Who we hire • Researcher-writer, in that order. You live in Reddit threads, reviews, and comment sections until you find the pain nobody's saying out loud, then write hooks in the customer's own words. Ads are made in the research, not the edit., • Direct response skills. You think in hooks, awareness levels, angles, and avatars, not aesthetics. You can explain why an ad won mechanically., • Proven winners. You've personally produced ads that spent real money profitably, at a brand or agency doing $1M+/mo on Meta. Authorship verified, not "was on the team.", • Reads your own data. Fluent in hook rate, hold rate, CPA, and ROAS, and makes your own kill/iterate calls without a media buyer translating., • Runs a tight pod. You hold editors accountable to deadlines and quality, give direct feedback, and fix production problems before they cost us a week., • Makes others better. You can look at a junior's script, say exactly why it won't work, and show them how to fix it., • Radically coachable. You take a brutal ad critique and come back with a better version, not a defense. Non-negotiable., • Volume-capable. 15 net-new concepts per week, every week, without quality collapsing. Obsession receipts: a swipe file you keep unprompted, and breakdowns you do on your own time. Comp $8–10k/mo + performance bonus 3% of ad spend for winners at KPI Career Growth Path Senior Creative Strategist → Lead Creative Strategist → Head of Creatives → CMO How to apply Send a 3-minute Loom covering: • Your best ad: the research trail behind it and how much it spent, • A time you helped another strategist or writer land a winner, • Your current role
