We are committed to improving community health outcomes through innovative, compassionate clinical services with a focus on health equity, LGBTQ+ care, HIV prevention & treatment, sexual health, men’s health, chronic disease management, and preventive primary care. We are seeking a passionate and skilled Nurse Practitioner to join our growing clinical team. Position Overview The Nurse Practitioner will provide comprehensive patient care within The R.O.C. Clinic located inside Walgreens. This provider will work collaboratively with our clinical leadership to deliver high-quality primary and specialty care services in a supportive and modern clinical setting. Key Responsibilities • Conduct patient assessments, physical exams, and diagnostic evaluations, • Manage acute and chronic conditions within scope of practice, • Provide LGBTQ+ affirming care, including PrEP/PEP services, STI screening & treatment, gender-affirming HRT (training provided if needed), and sexual health consultations, • Deliver men’s health services including testosterone therapy, wellness exams, and chronic care management, • Document all encounters in the EHR accurately and timely, • Collaborate with physicians, medical assistants, and support staff to ensure efficient clinic workflows, • Provide patient education, referrals, and follow-up care, • Maintain compliance with clinical protocols and regulatory requirements, • Help promote a welcoming, stigma-free, patient-centered environment Qualifications • Current and unrestricted Nurse Practitioner license, • National board certification (FNP, AGPCNP, or equivalent), • DEA license (or ability to obtain prior to start), • Experience in primary care, sexual health, LGBTQ+ care, or related fields preferred, • Strong clinical judgment and commitment to equitable, inclusive care, • Excellent communication and patient engagement skills, • Ability to work independently and collaboratively What We Offer • Competitive salary, • Flexible scheduling, • Supportive clinical leadership and ongoing training, • Opportunity to practice cutting-edge, community-centered medicine, • Modern clinic environment inside our Walgreens partner locations, • Mission-driven culture focused on service and health equity How to Apply Qualified applicants should submit their résumé and (optional) cover letter directly to: Tennille Hicks, Deputy Medical Director Email:
