Position Purpose: Warehouse Operations & Leadership • Lead and manage all warehouse activities including receiving, put-away, inventory control, and shipping, • Uphold the highest safety standards in alignment with the P&H Safety Action Plan, • Supervise, coach, and develop warehouse team members; provide performance feedback and training, • Ensure products are received, stored, and shipped accurately and on time using established systems and procedures, • Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient warehouse environment, • Oversee inventory accuracy, cycle counts, stock rotation, and discrepancy resolution, • Monitor purchase orders, transfers, and receiving activity to ensure timely and accurate processing, • Work with the Branch Manager to research inventory variances and manage RTVs, • Identify opportunities to improve warehouse layout, workflows, and space utilization, • Lead continuous improvement initiatives focused on efficiency, accuracy, and error reduction, • Apply Lean, Six Sigma, or similar process improvement methodologies to warehouse operations, • Establish and maintain standard operating procedures (SOPs) and best practices, • Analyze operational data and KPIs to identify trends and improvement opportunities, • Partner with branch leadership to support customer service goals and branch profitability, • Interact with customers as needed to ensure satisfaction and resolve operational issues, • Competitive hourly rate commensurate with experience., • Eligible to participate in the company’s comprehensive benefits package, which includes medical, dental, and vision insurance., • 401(k) retirement plan with company match., • Paid time off and paid holidays., • 3+ years of experience in warehouse, distribution, or operations leadership, • Demonstrated experience improving operational processes, workflows, or efficiency, • Lean, Six Sigma, or similar continuous improvement training or certification preferred, • Strong leadership, communication, and coaching skills, • Experience with inventory management systems, ERP/WMS platforms, and warehouse technology, • Results-driven with strong problem-solving and analytical skills, • Ability to stand, walk, sit, and use hands and fingers for warehouse and computer work, • Ability to lift and move materials up to 50 lbs as needed, • Moderate physical activity in a warehouse environment
