Educate clients on hearing aid use, maintenance, and communication strategies. Provide empathetic support and counseling to help clients adapt to hearing aids. Keep accurate client records, maintain compliance with regulations, and uphold ethical standards. Stay updated on the latest hearing aid technology and advancements. Deliver outstanding customer service, addressing client inquiries and concerns. Promote our hearing healthcare services and products to attract new clients.
