Primary responsibility includes system configuration, testing, and supporting Supply Chain production applications. Configurators in the Inventory domain have the added responsibility of working closely with software vendors as well as business leaders/users in Operational Support (managing accounts, data fixes, and user request/questions) as well as Production Support (managing outages, system issues, and monitoring systems health). Minimum Eligibility Requirements • Bachelor’s degree (relevant experience can be substituted for the required education on the basis of one calendar year of experience for one academic year of education), • 5+ years System configuration & implementation experience required to perform the essential functions of the job (direct inventory/replenishment application experience can be substituted for experience on the basis of two calendar years app experience for one year of configuration & implementation experience)., • Experience with Supply Chain, Inventory, and/or Financial industry applications such as OMS/WMS/TMS/DFIO with front-end (UI) experience, and configuration knowledge., • Knowledge in any Manhattan Associates software products or knowledge of similar supply chain software products from other software vendors is an added advantage., • Experience with SQL (Oracle, Postgres), • Experience with Excel (vLookup, Macros, pivot tables, PowerPivot)., • Experience in any test management and change management., • Experience with Agile development methodology to support Product Manager / Product Owner is identifying User Stories, writing user stories, backlog refinement, sprint planning etc., • Understand system integrations and performing system configurations and testing based on end-to-end system data flow and functional flows., • Understand technology limited to the database tables, integration architecture, • Excellent communication, problem solving and data analysis skills, • Excellent decision-making skills, • Identifies risks and issues and escalates as necessary. Research and document recommendation or solutions for upgrades, improvements, issue resolution to ensure a stable, available and protected technical infrastructure, • Work with end users to define business requirements for new projects as well as supporting existing processes, • Analyze data and solve new and existing business issues., • High level of customer service Essential Functions • Provides functional support of Supply Chain system(s). Serves as primary source for tier2/ tier 3 functional/solution advice, • Manage user issues and ticketing system related to application problems, • Identifies risks and issues and escalates as necessary. Research and document recommendation or solutions for upgrades, improvements, issue resolution to ensure a stable, available and protected technical infrastructure., • Integrate new products and solutions into existing environment for continuous improvement, • Work concurrently on multiple projects and tasks across different business units. Working Conditions (travel, hours, environment) • Travel may be required including air and car travel, • The noise level in the work environment is typically quiet to moderate. Physical/Sensory Requirements Sedentary Work – Ability to exert 10 - 20 pounds of force occasionally, and/or negligible amount of force frequently to lift, carry, push, pull or otherwise move objects.
