RESPONSIBILITIES • Provide first-level technical support to end users via phone, Zoho Desk ticketing system, email, or in-person., • Troubleshoot and resolve hardware and software issues for desktops. laptops, printers, and other IT peripherals., • Install, configure, and maintain operating systems and software applications., • Collaborate with IT team members to escalate complex issues and ensure timely resolution., • Assist in the implementation and maintenance of IT infrastructure and systems., • Create and maintain documentation for IT processes, procedures, and troubleshooting guides through SharePoint and the Zoho Desk ticketing system Knowledge Base., • Conduct user training sessions on IT tools and best practices., • Stay current with technological trends and developments to provide proactive support and recommendations., • Manage and support Microsoft online tools such as Intune, Office 365, and SharePoint., • Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field required, • Industry certifications such as CompTIA A+ and Network + required, • 1-2 years of experience in a help desk or technical support role required, • Strong oral and written communication, time management and organizational skills, • Ability to use a computer for prolonged periods., • Ability to occasionally lift and/or move up to 50 pounds., • Ability to stand, walk, or sit for long periods., • Ability to climb five flights of stairs, if required to conduct home visits and/or fieldwork., • Ability to bend and retrieve objects and/or documents., • Ability to travel in the boroughs of New York City and its adjacent counties via public transportation., • Travel is necessary., • Ability to travel for a minimum of 1 mile within a reasonable amount of time and in all types of weather, including inclement weather, if required to conduct home visits and/or field work. Role Description Goals Plastic Surgery is looking for a highly motivated, results-driven Patient Coordinator & Sales Closer to join our team. This position is focused on converting leads into booked treatments and ensuring patients receive the best possible care and experience. The ideal candidate is a strong closer, highly organized, and skilled at building rapport, overcoming objections, and guiding patients through the consultation and booking process. Duties Sales & Patient Conversion: Close sales by effectively communicating the benefits of procedures and guiding patients through the decision-making process. Collects and manages patient information with respect and detail, in accordance with industry regulations (HIPAA, PHI, etc.) . Follow up aggressively on leads, consultations, and past inquiries to maximize conversion rates. Overcome objections and provide customized solutions to meet patient needs. Educate potential patients on procedures, pricing, and financing options. Maintain a strong pipeline of prospective patients and ensure timely follow-ups. Track sales performance and report on booking trends. Patient Coordination & Organization: Manage the full patient journey from initial inquiry to post-procedure follow-ups. Ensure all patient records, treatment plans, and financial agreements are documented accurately. Work closely with the medical team to coordinate patient schedules and ensure seamless experiences. Stay up to date on all cosmetic procedures and industry trends to provide expert guidance. Organize and prioritize multiple patient inquiries while maintaining a high level of responsiveness. Experience Proven experience in sales, preferably in a cosmetic surgery high-ticket sales environment. Exceptional closing skills and ability to drive revenue. Strong organizational skills with a keen attention to detail. Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage high volumes of patient inquiries. Experience handling financing and payment plans is a plus. Passion for aesthetic medicine and patient care. Qualifications Required Skills/Abilities: Professional, pleasant, and clear speaking voice . Positive attitude that shines through to our patients on the phone . Attention to detail, specifically professional writing skills . Able to follow directions and comply with policies and procedures . English and Spanish speakers preferred. Education/Experience: 1-3 years of general customer database (CRM) experience, as we use Zoho for our system. College education (completed degree or relevant coursework). 1-3 years of call center experience preferred. Experience with making outbound sales/service calls preferred . 1-5 years of experience within the healthcare industry preferred . Bilingual preferred (Spanish) Starting two weeks, there is a rate of $16.50 per hour for in-person training on Goals products and CRM system at our Bronx location. Third week, you would be elligible for uncapped commission potential: $100 per closing after first three closings.
