Job Description Job Title: Electrical Integration Technician Location: Colorado Springs, Colorado Pay Range: $27.26 - $32.44 Position Summary We are seeking a skilled C5ISR Vehicle Integration Technician to support the integration of Command, Control, Communications, Computers, Cyber, Intelligence, Surveillance, and Reconnaissance (C5ISR) systems into tactical and mission-critical vehicles. This role involves hands-on electrical and mechanical integration, system troubleshooting, and field support to ensure operational readiness and compliance with technical requirements. Key Responsibilities • Integrate C5ISR systems into tactical vehicles in accordance with engineering drawings and technical documentation, • Perform cable routing, fabrication, termination, labeling, and installation, • Assemble and install metal brackets, mounts, racks, and chassis hardware, • Diagnose and troubleshoot electrical and mechanical system issues, • Utilize test and measurement equipment including multimeters, clamp meters, and RF test sets, • Support warehouse operations including kitting, staging, inventory control, and material handling, • Provide on-site support for system bring-up, inspection, testing, and configuration, • Participate in field integration activities and deployments as required, • Ensure work complies with quality, safety, and configuration management standards, • Experience with electrical and mechanical system integration, preferably in vehicle or defense environments, • Proficiency in cable fabrication, routing, and termination, • Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, schematics, and wiring diagrams, • Hands-on experience using electrical test and measurement tools, • Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills, • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in fast-paced environments, • Prior experience integrating C5ISR, communications, or mission systems, • Familiarity with RF systems, antennas, and grounding techniques, • Military, DoD contractor, or tactical vehicle experience, • Experience working in warehouse, staging, or logistics support roles, • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs, • Ability to work in confined spaces, kneeling, standing, or overhead for extended periods, • Work on mission-critical systems supporting national defense and operational readiness, • Hands-on technical role with opportunities for growth and specialization, • Collaborative team environment with cutting-edge technology Company DescriptionOur mission is to be the Best In Class manpower support company by operating on the principals of delivering the highest level professionalism, integrity, honesty, and safety to our valued employees and clients.
