Entre sus funciones principales están: • RAG (aportar al LMM información propia de la empresa, de bases de datos o ficheros)., • AI Agents (servicios que conectan el LLM con aplicaciones como Easyvista, Phpipam, Zabbix, BookStack u otros)., • Supervisar el estado y rendimiento de la infraestructura y las aplicaciones mediante herramientas de monitorización y análisis., • Automatizar procesos clave., • Configurar y administrar servidores y servicios mediante herramientas de infraestructura como código (IaC)., • Implementar prácticas y procesos que aseguren la disponibilidad, fiabilidad y rendimiento óptimo de los servicios en todo momento., • Proponer planes de mejora continua orientados a la optimización de procesos, costes e infraestructura.
