About The Role We are looking for an exceptional Group Account Director to lead one of our flagship international skincare clients and new business opportunities. This is a pivotal role that blends strategic vision, creative excellence, and global relationship building, driving innovative, social-first campaigns that resonate across markets. The ideal candidate combines deep understanding of digital culture and social ecosystems with strong client leadership skills, and can confidently steer global-to-local work that builds brand love, community, and commercial impact. Key Responsibilities Client Leadership & Growth: Serve as the senior client partner, developing trusted relationships with global brand stakeholders. Understand client business goals, category dynamics, and consumer behaviors to shape forward-thinking strategies. Translate briefs into actionable, insight-led creative opportunities with measurable business outcomes. Lead account growth by identifying new opportunities, deepening client engagement, and driving organic expansion. Contribute to new business initiatives, global pitches, and network collaborations. Global Strategy & Market Insight: Lead strategic planning for brand and campaign initiatives across key global regions. Apply cultural and platform-specific insights to ensure creative work lands authentically in each market. Stay ahead of global trends in beauty, digital engagement, and influencer culture to inform and inspire teams. Partner closely with client strategy and analytics teams to align creative thinking with commercial goals. Project & Operations Oversight: Oversee delivery of global social and digital campaigns, from strategy and concept to production and rollout. Ensure excellence in quality, timing, and budget management across multiple markets and workstreams. Collaborate with creative, strategy, media, and production partners to ensure seamless execution. Drive global toolkits, playbooks, and best practice sharing across local market teams. Manage performance tracking and reporting, ensuring accountability for KPIs and ROI. Financial Stewardship: Own account profitability, forecasting, and resource allocation. Collaborate with finance and leadership teams to deliver accurate revenue projections and sustainable growth. Social Media Expertise: Champion social-first thinking across the account, from platform strategy to content optimization. Guide teams on emerging platforms, creator collaborations, and data-driven community engagement. Oversee development of content that balances brand storytelling and performance marketing objectives. Team Leadership & Culture: Lead and mentor a global account team, nurturing talent and ensuring high performance across markets. Foster collaboration between disciplines (creative, production, strategy, and client services). Champion an inclusive, positive, and ambitious team culture. Minimum Requirements 7-10+ years in account management within a creative, digital, or social-first agency. Proven success managing global consumer brands, ideally within beauty, skincare, fashion, or lifestyle. Deep understanding of social media ecosystems, digital content production, and influencer marketing. Strong strategic acumen with the ability to connect brand storytelling and data-driven insights. Outstanding communication and presentation skills, confident with C-suite stakeholders. Proven experience managing large, complex budgets and multi-market operations. Collaborative leadership style, with a passion for creativity and innovation. Languages English (mandatory) Spanish (preferably) Any other languages are a plus.
