We are looking for an experienced product leader with deep expertise in Sports betting to define and lead the sportsbook product vision at a strategic level. As Director of Product, Sports Betting you will own the long-term strategy, innovation roadmap, and overall product lifecycle for sportsbook offerings globally, ensuring alignment with business goals, regulatory requirements, and market trends. You will lead and mentor a team of product managers, collaborate across functions (trading, UX, data, technology, marketing, compliance, analytics & BI), and champion user-centric, data-driven decision making. Define and evangelize a clear, ambitious sportsbook product vision aligned to company strategy and market opportunities (trading, UX, CRM, retention/loyalty, mobile-first experiences. Drive market, competitor, and regulatory analysis to shape product strategy and to ensure competitive differentiation and compliance. Define and track product KPIs/OKRs/metrics for revenue growth, user acquisition & retention, product performance, and ROI, report regularly to senior leadership. Foster a culture of collaboration, innovation, accountability, and best practices across disciplines, promoting agile methodologies and data-driven decision making. Collaborate with cross-functional leadership (engineering, trading, marketing, compliance, CRM, legal, customer support) to ensure implementation of robust, scalable sportsbook products. Oversee end-to-end product lifecycle for sportsbook features — ideation, requirements definition, design, development, launch and iteration — with oversight of backlog, sprints, QA, releases, and documentation. Manage supplier and third-party integrations (trading providers, gaming content providers, CRM/marketing tools, analytics & BI) ensuring quality, profitability, and regulatory compliance. Drive data-driven iteration: use analytics, A/B testing, user feedback, and market data to refine and evolve sportsbook offering continuously. Experience : At least 5+ years in product leadership roles, with minimum 3+ years in Sports betting environments. Domain Expertise: Deep understanding of sportsbook operations, trading, odds modelling, consumer behavior in betting, CRM/retention mechanics. Data-Driven : Strong analytical skills with experience in defining & measuring KPIs, using analytics, market/competitive research, and data to inform strategy and iteration. Ability to work seamlessly with engineering, trading, marketing, design, legal/compliance, operations; experienced with agile/scrum frameworks. User-Centricity: Passion for UX, customer journey mapping, and delivering products that delight customers while meeting business goals.
