PricingHUB is a SaaS pricing optimization tool aiming at retail and e-commerce leaders across EMEA. Our innovation uses artificial intelligence to optimize the prices of a product catalogue to meet each company's objectives: protecting margins, maximising sales or boosting revenues. What will you do? The Sales Development team is a strategic component of our go-to-market strategy. Your goal will be to engage medium and enterprise-level retailers across Europe and secure discovery meetings to drive our sales pipeline. This position offers a strong opportunity to build a successful career in software sales and become one of PricingHUB’s Sales Executives. As a BDR, you will be the first point of contact for new prospects. With a mix of strong process, creativity and a lot of cold/warm calling, you will help drive new business revenue through both inbound and outbound opportunity generation. Your responsibilities & daily tasks will include : Your role will be to help us build the company pipe in in accordance with our Go To Market strategy and ICP by: Generating Outbound Leads and new business opportunities for each of our key verticals in European countries: Research companies, identify and qualify key personas and feed the CRM tool to build prospection lists. You will effectively engage prospects through various channels such as email, phone and Linkedin messages, by structuring and automating sequences in order to generate meaningful conversations and obtain Discovery meetings You will shadow sales executives on their closing journey to be onboarded on full sales cycle Managing Inbound Leads : Respond to inbound requests generated by marketing campaigns, the website, conferences or other channels. Work closely with Marketing to help follow up on leads from marketing campaigns as well as collaborate and support event campaigns. Collaborate closely with marketing team to leverage our CRM (Hubspot) and automation capabilities Attend multiple international trade fares such as NRF Europe, the Retail Tech Show, Tech for Retail, etc… Your Team To achieve this you will rely on an experienced marketing and sales team of 5 including 2 experienced Sr Sale, that will help you: Leverage the right processes including Playbooks and Sequences Manage a sales stack that drives automation thanks to HubSpot, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, signal identification tools (Sillage), different contact qualifications tools (Lusha, Kasper...) and automation solution (Phantom Buster) You will be reporting directly to the Sales Director. This is you: The expected skills: A minimum of 12 months of experience (internship or full time position) in a Sales related environment ideally as an BDR. Excellent written and verbal communication skills Strong professional proficiency in both French and English as you will be running cold call sessions for the EMEA market in addition to working in an international environment. A strong level of English is required, but you will be supported to grow in confidence within our international context. Experience in handling a sales CRM, and scripting sales sequences (emails, calls and Linkedin). We provide training on our tools and processes. Being comfortable with technology and willing to learn is what matters most Managing daily cold call sessions. You will be trained and coached to gain confidence through shadowing, practice, and constructive feedback.
