To support our continued growth, we’re looking for a Junior Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join our Growth team in Madrid, focused on building and developing strategic partnerships that accelerate Springboard35’s expansion. Job Description Are you a communicative, curious, and energetic professional with a passion for sales? We’re looking for a Business Development Representative (BDR) with a growth-oriented and data-driven mindset, focused on identifying, analysing, and developing new partnership and business opportunities for Springboard35. In this role, you’ll be at the front line of growth: researching markets, spotting opportunities, testing approaches, and turning first conversations into long-term strategic relationships. You’ll work closely with Sales and Marketing to transform insights into action and continuously optimize how we generate demand. Your Mission As a Business Development Representative (BDR) within the Growth team, you’ll play a key role in expanding Springboard35’s partner ecosystem by focusing on new opportunity generation : Identify, research, and prioritize new potential partners using data, market insights, and growth signals. Proactively generate outbound and inbound opportunities through multichannel prospecting (email, LinkedIn, calls, campaigns, etc.). Qualify leads and assess partnership potential, business fit, and scalability. Collaborate closely with the Commercial and Marketing teams to align messaging, campaigns, and conversion strategies. Track pipeline activity, performance metrics, and experiments using CRM and analytics tools. Continuously optimize processes, messaging, and funnels based on data, learnings, and results. You enjoy communicating, persuading, and learning through experimentation. You are comfortable working with data, metrics, and performance analysis. You are proactive, structured, and autonomous. Experience or strong interest in analytical, data-driven, or growth-related tasks is considered a plus. Other Characteristics Bachelor’s degree or higher education (preferred, not mandatory). 1–3 years of experience in Business Development, SDR, Growth, Sales, or similar roles. Based in Madrid. High level of Spanish and strong command of English (spoken and written). Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Previous exposure to tech, SaaS, startups, or scale-ups is a plus. Experience using CRM systems and sales tools. Results-driven, detail-oriented, and eager to improve. Able to work both independently and cross-functionally. And of course, a great sense of humor!
