Please take in mind that the knowledge of Russian language is preferable. Responsibilities: • Manage the full cycle of accounts payable: process vendor invoices, verify approvals, prepare payments, and reconcile statements., • Oversee the accounts receivable process: issue customer invoices, monitor collections, apply payments, and follow up on overdue accounts., • Reconcile bank statements and key balance sheet accounts on a monthly basis., • Maintain organized and up-to-date financial files and documentation in compliance with local and company policies., • Support the month-end and year-end closing processes., • Assist in the preparation of VAT returns and other statutory financial reports for Spain. Qualifications & Skills: • Experience in a similar accounting role., • Solid understanding of general accounting principles and financial processes in Spain., • Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Sage, or similar ERPs) and skills in Microsoft Excel., • Accuracy, attention to detail, and organizational skills., • Professional working proficiency in Spanish and English (B1/B2 minimum) is required for regional coordination., • A vocational training cycle (Ciclo Formativo) or degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred. Our HQ is in Barcelona and our manufacturing partner is in Benitachell. We are a small, highly driven team and are looking for a team member who wants to grow the business with us. The role We are looking for an Operations Executive to take ownership of day-to-day operations at our lab ( manufacturing partner) and help scale the business. This is a hands-on role handling production (skincare manufacturing), inventory management, logistics, finance and data analysis to continuously improve our operations. You will work closely with the founders and be based full-time at our laboratory in Benitachell, where you will be an integral part of the daily lab operations of the manufacturing partner as well as HQ in Barcelona. Key responsibilities? • Own and lead daily operations in our lab, including planning and coordination and execution of small-batch manufacturing, filling and packaging in line with quality, safety and hygiene standards., • Ensure each order is packaged accurately to the right customer, and the right AWB is attached so the logistics flow is seamless., • Manage daily communication with Logistics partners to ensure pick up of all products to customers happens smoothly., • Monitor inventory of raw materials, packaging components, and finished goods, ensuring accuracy, availability, and timely reordering and updating things in our systems., • Work with founders to ensure the ERP, finance flows happen smoothly, the right reporting also happens via excel/gsheets so the rest of the company has visibility., • Closely collaborate with the management team on sales forecasting, customer service and other operational matters., • Ensure all operational concerns raised from customer success teams are addressed quickly. Key qualifications • 1-4 years of relevant operations experience, ideally in beauty, cosmetics, FMCG, pharmaceuticals, • Fluent in Spanish and comfortable working in English, • Ownership: You are the type of person who sees a problem in the lab and fixes it, • Comfortable working with systems (ERP/Inventory management etc), • Should know how to operate on excel comfortably
