Buscamos una persona organizada, con experiencia en colectividades y pasión por los fogones para unirse a nuestro equipo de cocina durante los fines de semana. ¿Qué funciones realizarás? Tu misión principal será liderar la producción culinaria para nuestros 300 residentes durante los sábados y domingos: • Elaboración de menús: Preparación integral de los servicios de comida y cena., • Cocina de producción: Ejecutarás los menús ya confeccionados por la dirección nutricional del centro, asegurando el sabor y la calidad., • Gestión de pedidos: Solicitarás la materia prima necesaria a nuestros proveedores habituales (sin necesidad de prospección o negociación de nuevos proveedores)., • Supervisión de higiene: Garantizar el cumplimiento de las normas APPCC y el mantenimiento de la limpieza en el área de trabajo., • Dato clave: No tendrás que preocuparte por el emplatado ni el servicio en sala. Contamos con un equipo de ayudantes de comedor y monitores/as encargados de la distribución y atención directa a los estudiantes. Requisitos del puesto • Experiencia demostrable: Mínimo 2-3 años en cocinas de gran volumen (residencias, colegios, hoteles o catering)., • Capacidad de organización: Experiencia gestionando volúmenes de 300 comensales., • Formación: Carnet de manipulador de alimentos en vigor. Se valorará formación técnica en cocina., • Autonomía: Capacidad para seguir fichas técnicas de platos y gestionar pedidos de reposición. ¿Qué ofrecemos? Horario: Fines de semana y festivos. 8:00 a 15:30 y de 18:30 a 22:30. About the role Reporting to the Front Office Manager, the Guest Experience Manager will deliver a seamless, personalized guest experience from pre-arrival to departure.     Job description Role Purpose The Technician Relations Manager is the first point of contact for GWS field technicians and is responsible for providing clear communication, administrative support, and coordination between technicians and internal departments. This is not a technical support or line management role.
