Your key responsibilities: As a Digital Business expert, you will: • Be part of the delivery team, responsible for defining functional requirements, launch and maintain an attractive product & service value proposition on the market providing the highest customer satisfaction., • You are representing the “voice of the customer”, with focus on continuously improving customer journeys we are offering., • You lead to provide a differentiating experience for ING’s customers at optimal value and profitability for ING, • You are the “Business Guardian” of your product/service working with Risk, Compliance, and Legal stakeholders, to make sure our products and services comply with regulation and policies, • You lead to increase efficiency, reduce complexity, bringing the best experience in the moments of truth and pursuing innovative solutions., • Having analytical skills, you comprehend, define, select and analyze data to gather insights that enhance the decision-making process. You are a pro-active thinker., • You translate business needs in requirements for the implementation., • You are able to lead and/or support complex programs, setting clear roadmaps and solving impediments., • You are creative and an out-of-the box thinker who likes to work in a multidisciplinary team in an agile environment where stakeholders and developers collaborate closely on a daily basis., • You contribute to develop and maintain a customer engagement strategy focus on improving the conversion funnels., • You contribute to create and constantly optimize the end-to-end processes supported by an operations management mindset., • You contribute to build commercial plan, upselling and cross selling strategy. Ability to work at an international level, • Clear Communication: Excellent communication skills., • Remote Collaboration: be adept at collaborating with team members in different time zones and cultural backgrounds., • Cross-Cultural Sensitivity & Empathy: Being aware of cultural differences within the offshore team fosters a positive and harmonious work environment., • Adaptability: be flexible and adaptable to changing circumstances and time zone differences., • Prioritization: Strong prioritization skills and ensure the team focuses on delivering high-impact results., • Risk Management skills, identifying potential risks in an offshore setup and implementing measures to mitigate them ensures smoother project execution., • Deadlines Management: Efficiently managing time and deadlines to keep the development on track and deliver the product within scheduled timelines., • Stakeholder Management: Engaging and managing stakeholders effectively for successful project outcomes., • Problem-Solving: Strong problem-solving skills enable to address challenges and obstacles that may arise, • Tech: Although not mandatory, some technical knowledge to facilitate effective communication and understanding between the Product Owner and the development team. With knowledge of core banking systems and process., • Passionate about innovation, new market trends and future thinker, • Able to work in an autonomous way, to take initiative and to make things happen with a can-do attitude.
