What You'll Do • Act as a strategic advisor to the Product, Design and Analytics teams, aligning People strategies with business objectives., • Lead talent management, including performance management, development, and succession planning., • Collaborate with senior leadership to design and implement effective organizational structures and manage change., • Drive employee relations, diversity and inclusion initiatives, and engagement strategies., • Utilize data and analytics to inform People strategies and decisions. You’ll Need • Relevant experience in an HR Business Partner role, focusing on technology or product-led environments. Having impactful work results matters more than the number of years of experience., • Strong track record of mentoring and coaching, with an emphasis on building relationships and developing talent., • Innovative mindset with experience in implementing creative HR solutions and experiments., • Proficiency in English to ensure effective communication and rapport with our diverse teams. Buen conocimiento de los fundamentos y principios de la planificación de medios, incluyendo: • SMM en Facebook e Instagram (Twitter, TikTok, Snapchat y colaboraciones con influencers son una ventaja)., • Publicidad en redes sociales (segmentación y análisis en Facebook e Instagram)., • Google Ads., • Marketing offline., • BTL., • Trade marketing., • Campañas promocionales. Experiencia en la gestión de equipos y proveedores externos (agencias, diseñadores, PR). Conocimiento profundo del mercado español y catalán, con capacidad para adaptar estrategias de marketing al público local.
