As part of the wholesale team within Commercial function, the Wholesale Transformation Manager is responsible for developing and driving Lanvin's B2B distribution across three complementary pillars: wholesale online, marketplaces, and pure player accounts. At the intersection of commercial strategy, digital expertise and brand stewardship, you define the product offer and activation plans that maximize revenue, sell-through and brand consistency across all partner channels, while upholding the house's positioning and selective distribution standards. You work in close collaboration with the Commercial, Marketing, Finance and Studio teams. JOB DESCRIPTION 1 · Wholesale Online • Define and execute the wholesale online strategy in alignment with commercial and brand objectives, • Manage product assortment proposals to online wholesale partners, ensuring coherence with brand guidelines and OTB, • Oversee order management, delivery coordination and collection activation on partner e-commerce platforms, • Monitor sell-through, stock levels and performance by account; propose and implement corrective actions, • Brief internal teams (Studio, ADV, Marketing) on content requirements and brand assets needed by wholesale partners, • Organise onboarding sessions and regular business reviews with wholesale digital teams 2 · Marketplaces • Lead integration, activation and day-to-day management of collections on marketplace platforms, • Supervise product content quality — descriptions, visuals, sizing information — ensuring full alignment with the brand's aesthetic codes, • Negotiate promotional placements, co-funded marketing plans and platform investment in coordination with relevant teams, • Analyse performance metrics (sell-through, conversion rate, ROI) and build optimisation roadmaps per platform, • Manage allocated stock and coordinate inbound/outbound logistics flows with supply chain, • Identify and qualify new marketplace opportunities at an international level 3 · Pure Player Key Account Management • Manage the commercial relationship with key pure player accounts, • Develop long-term strategic partnerships, acting as the primary point of contact for assigned accounts, • Negotiate commercial terms: assortments, volumes, markdown policies, co-marketing investments, • Build and drive annual account plans with clear revenue targets, activation calendars and KPI tracking, • Identify growth opportunities within existing accounts and prospect new pure player partners internationally, • Ensure brand presentation integrity across all pure player touchpoints — content, pricing, positioning, • Deliver regular account performance reporting and present results to senior management 4 · Strategy, Reporting & Market Intelligence • Build segmentation strategy for wholesale under the supervision of commercial leadership, • Define the digital partner distribution strategy in alignment with the Commercial and e-Commerce directors, • Produce weekly and monthly performance dashboards and present insights and recommendations to leadership, • Ensure compliance with selective distribution policies and house pricing rules across all partner channels, • Conduct ongoing competitive benchmarking of marketplace and pure player landscape, • Participate in budget reviews, seasonal planning cycles and strategic committees PROFILE Education & Experience • Master's degree from a business school, digital marketing program or equivalent, • Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar role, ideally within luxury, fashion or premium lifestyle, • Proven track record managing marketplace platforms (Farfetch, Shopify, MIRAKL, etc.), • Demonstrated experience in B2B / wholesale digital account management, • Familiarity with product feed management tools (PIM, EDI, etc.) Core Skills • Deep understanding of the e-commerce ecosystem and marketplace dynamics, • Strong commercial acumen and negotiation skills, • Analytical rigour: mastery of Excel, performance dashboards and digital KPIs, • Ability to manage multiple accounts and priorities simultaneously, • Fluent English required; French and/or a third language is a strong asset, • Keen aesthetic sensibility and understanding of luxury brand codes
