A strategic role at the heart of innovation Looking for a position where your HR expertise shapes the future of research and development? Join us as the HR Business Partner for our R&D teams in Lyon. You won’t just be an HR support, you will be a strategic advisor, a change agent, and a driver of engagement and performance. What you will accomplish Influence and advise • Partner with our leaders on organisation design, workforce planning, and strategic projects., • Recruit top profiles, manage onboarding, and support career development., • Drive performance management campaigns, talent reviews & succession planning, • Design and implement initiatives to strengthen employee engagement and retain key talent., • Build trusted relationships with employee representatives and lead CSE meetings., • Ensure legal compliance and support restructuring processes when needed., • Participate in international HR initiatives and share best practices across the HR community., • Contribute to HR process improvements and digitalisation. Your profile • Minimum 5 years’ experience as HRBP, ideally in R&D or technical environments., • Strong knowledge of French labour law and social dialogue., • Ability to influence, coach, and partner with senior stakeholders., • Fluent in French and English.
