Their flagship game has already surpassed 4M downloads and, with a solid funding and a team of 35 passionate people, the studio is now accelerating its growth to reach the next level. They are currently looking for a LiveOps Product Owner. In this role, you'll be responsible for ensuring players remain deeply engaged and invested in the game over time. Your focus will be on creating strategies that use data and player insights to maximize both enjoyment and long-term growth. The role can be based in Lyon, with a "2-days per week at the office" policy. RESPONSIBILITIES: • Building engaging live experiences that strengthen player loyalty while supporting revenue goals., • Enhancing existing systems and introducing new tools to expand the scope and effectiveness of LiveOps., • Defining and managing the content schedule, ensuring fresh, relevant, and impactful updates reach players consistently., • Continuously tracking performance metrics and player behavior, adapting plans quickly to deliver the best results., • Working closely with design, technology, product, community, and marketing teams to ensure smooth execution and shared objectives. This position offers the opportunity to directly shape the future of the game, making LiveOps a key driver of the game’s success and continued expansion. REQUIREMENTS: • 8+ years of experience working on mobile Free-to-Play titles, with a focus on core games., • Deep expertise in designing live systems and crafting event-driven content loops that sustain player engagement., • Proven track record in creating and refining internal tools and production pipelines to boost efficiency., • Strong command of economy design, balance tuning, and structuring event schedules., • Highly analytical, confident in leveraging data to refine strategies and continuously improve outcomes., • Recognized leadership skills with the ability to align and motivate multidisciplinary teams around a shared LiveOps vision., • Able to operate at both a strategic and operational level—whether defining systems, reviewing performance metrics, or stepping directly into tools to implement solutions.
