(June 2025 - June 2026) FUNCTION: Product Supply LOCATION: Lyon, France (hybrid) JOB TYPE: Regular ROLE SENIORITY: Managerial GET TO KNOW YOUR AREA: • Play a pivotal role in deploying Envu’s Quality++ strategy, vision, and roadmap for our global network of external partners and suppliers., • Drive quality excellence, ensure compliance, and lead continuous improvement initiatives that directly impact operational performance and customer satisfaction worldwide., • Shape best practices and foster a culture of quality across all regions YOUR MISSION WILL BE TO: • Govern the development and execution of Quality++ external operations and supplier governance globally, ensuring robust and consistent quality standards., • Make risk-based decisions for subcontractors (called Tollers) and Supplier Quality programs, classifying production sites to optimize resource allocation and maximize quality outcomes., • Align supplier quality governance with key business functions (Supply Chain, Procurement, Industrialization, Regulatory Affairs, HSE) to drive cross-functional collaboration and efficiency., • Develop and implement global quality assurance processes for Envu’s outsourced production network, ensuring reliable and sustainable operations., • Ensure strict adherence to cross-contamination prevention protocols for external production, safeguarding product integrity and regulatory compliance., • Define and execute a comprehensive strategy for quality audits and assessments of external partners, leveraging risk assessment to prioritize actions., • Partner with Quality, Industrial and Innovation functions to address complaint management and identify continuous improvement opportunities for tolling and supplier quality., • Contribute to QHSE Management Reviews by providing and analyzing quality performance data (KPIs, trend analysis, risk assessment, mitigation measures), supporting data-driven decision-making., • Promote a strong QHSE culture and harmonized communication, reinforcing awareness and engagement throughout the Envu organization. ARE YOU READY FOR THE ROLE?
