What You'll Do • Lead lean improvement projects end-to-end (warehouse, transport, delivery stations) – from planning, resource coordination, and risk control to post-project evaluation., • Diagnose operational processes using lean tools (VSM, Kaizen, 5S, PDCA) to eliminate waste, bottlenecks, and quality risks; drive SOP standardization., • Analyze cost, P&L, and efficiency data (cost/order, labor, transport, service provider costs), identify abnormalities, and lead cost improvement initiatives., • Coordinate cross-functional teams (ops, finance, IT, procurement, 3PLs) to ensure timely execution and issue resolution; prepare management reports and project updates., • Drive continuous improvement culture – conduct project reviews, retain knowledge, and develop reusable templates/mechanisms. About You • 3+ years in project management, logistics/lean improvement, or business/cost analysis within supply chain, warehouse, transport, or delivery operations., • Solid knowledge of project management methodologies (PMP, Agile, PRINCE2) and lean tools (VSM, Kaizen, Root Cause Analysis, PDCA)., • Strong data analysis skills – proficient in Excel, PowerPoint; Power BI/SQL/Python preferred. Familiar with logistics cost structures., • Proven ability to drive cross-functional execution, manage risks, and communicate effectively with frontline teams and partners., • Self-starter with hands-on mindset – capable of independently managing projects from diagnosis to implementation and preparing clear management presentations.
