Missions principales Développement Produit : • Participation aux réunions de développement produit avec l’équipe Design ;, • Suivi opérationnel du développement des nouveautés et des déclinaisons (coloris, matières, dimensions) ;, • Mise à jour et structuration des outils de pilotage (boards, plans de collection, dossiers fabricants) ;, • Élaboration et mise en page des fiches produits et fiches techniques sur Illustrator ;, • Recherche et déclinaison colorimétrique sur Illustrator et Photoshop ;, • Consolidation des données techniques en lien avec les fournisseurs ;, • Gestion et suivi des commandes de composants ;, • Coordination et suivi du labelling et packaging produit ;, • Support administratif et opérationnel au service production. Suivi Prototypes & Qualité Fournisseurs : • Organisation et suivi des prototypes en lien avec l’équipe Design et les fabricants ;, • Participation au contrôle et à l’évaluation des prototypes (qualité, conformité technique, faisabilité industrielle) ;, • Coordination des retours techniques et demandes d’ajustements auprès des fournisseurs ;, • Suivi des problématiques de production et gestion des SAV fournisseurs en collaboration avec l’équipe production ;, • Centralisation et suivi des actions correctives liées aux défauts produits ou non-conformités. Compétences requises Compétences techniques : • Maîtrise avancée d’Illustrator (tests techniques prévus) ;, • Bonne maîtrise de la suite Adobe (Photoshop notamment) ;, • Bonne maîtrise du Pack Office, en particulier Excel et PowerPoint ;, • Sensibilité produit / design / univers Maison. Compétences organisationnelles : • Rigueur et sens aiguë de la qualité et du détail ;, • Capacité à gérer plusieurs projets simultanément ;, • Organisation et respect des délais.
