Assistant Chef

Woolleys, a Central London restaurant chain are launching their dinner delivery operation with an exquisite menu ranging from pizza, pasta and burgers.

Woolleys are looking for a full time experienced kitchen/chef assistant to work in their kitchen in Holborn, London.

You will be required to work Friday and Saturday from 4 - 11 pm as well as 3 or 4 days in the week (40-60 hrs per week)

Duties and responsibilities:

Assisting the chef with the preparing healthy, balanced and nutritious meals;

Assisting in taking stock levels

Assisting in taking orders from Deliveroo, Ubereats and just eat

Maintaining high hygiene standards in the kitchen, including regular high and low level cleaning of surfaces, floor and equipment

Skills and attributes:

We are looking for a reliable, organised person who is willing to take on a variety of tasks and enjoys working as a part of a team.

Intermediate English level (to be able to communicate easily)

Have the right to work in the UK

Salary: weekly payment depending on experience
