Baker – Bakery Main Responsibilities: • Prepare wide variety of Japanese and European bakery goods – including shokupan, melon pan, curry bread, croissants, sourdoughs, and baguettes., • Manage day to day of operation of bread section, • 3+ years of experience in baking bread at a bakery, • Experience or strong interest in East Asian baking methods, especially Japanese-style bread such as shokupan, melon pan, and curry bread, would be desirable., • Able to commit to flexible work patterns undertaking early morning shifts as well as weekend work, • Team player
