Facilities & Workplace Support (Portering) Are you proactive, hands-on, and take pride in keeping workplaces running smoothly? We’re looking for a reliable and customer-focused individual to join our team and support the delivery of high-quality workplace services. About the Role This is a varied, fast-paced role where you’ll provide essential portering and facilities support across the office. You’ll help ensure the workplace remains safe, organised, and well-maintained, while also supporting reception and assisting with light maintenance tasks. Key Responsibilities • Deliver efficient portering and general facilities support, • Maintain a safe, clean, and organised working environment, • Provide reception/front-of-house support when required, • Assist with low-level Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM), • Log tasks and report issues using CAFM systems, • Work collaboratively with colleagues, contractors, and stakeholders What We’re Looking For • Experience in facilities, portering, or workplace services (desirable), • Confident using IT systems (tablets, mobile devices, CAFM), • Strong communication and customer service skills, • Ability to prioritise and manage multiple tasks, • Proactive, flexible, and a strong team player, • Good awareness of health & safety practices, • Ability to carry out manual handling safely What Success Looks Like • Consistent delivery of high-quality facilities support, • Strong adherence to health & safety standards, • Positive contribution to team KPIs and service delivery, • Professional, reliable, and customer-focused approach If you’re looking for a hands-on role where you can make a real difference every day, we’d love to hear from you.
