Job Description: The Salon Manager will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the salon, managing staff, ensuring customer satisfaction, and driving business development. This role requires strong leadership, attention to detail, and a passion for delivering outstanding beauty services in a fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities: Manage day-to-day salon operations, ensuring smooth, efficient service delivery Supervise and support a team of nail technicians and beauty staff, including training, scheduling, and performance management Maintain high standards of hygiene, safety, and customer service at all times Handle customer queries and feedback in a professional and timely manner Monitor and manage salon inventory, product ordering, and supplier relationships Assist with staff recruitment and onboarding Contribute to marketing efforts and promotional campaigns to attract and retain clients Monitor salon performance and develop strategies for business growth and service improvements Requirements: Proven experience in a managerial role within the beauty or nail salon industry Strong knowledge of nail treatments, salon operations, and customer care standards Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills Ability to manage a team effectively and work under pressure Good organisational and time management skills Relevant qualifications in beauty or nail technology (preferred but not essential)

Responsibilities: Development and implementation of agreed strategies; supporting client’s business objectives Management of projects from concept through to delivery, always working to best practice Excellent understanding of digital platforms, with proven track record Devise and implement a marketing strategy designed to raise the agencies profile Creative and constructive contributions to meetings with a confidence to challenge Supporting team members and managing third party suppliers New business support from finding an opportunity, developing the tender, contributing to the creative process and presenting Build and promote strong, long-lasting customer relationships by partnering with them and understanding their needs Ensure that all marketing content and activities comply with regulatory requirements Manage and track all marketing related reporting Discusses business methods, products or services and targets customer group with employer or client in order to identify marketing requirements Establishes an appropriate quantitative and qualitative market research methodology and prepares proposals outlining programmes of work and details of costs Collates and interprets findings of market research and presents results to clients Discusses possible changes that need to be made in terms of design, price, packaging, promotion etc. in light of market research with appropriate departments Briefs advertising team on client requirements, monitors the progress of advertising campaigns and liaises with client on potential modifications. ** About you:** At least three years’ experience within the relevant field Excellent knowledge of website platforms, user experience, content management systems, SEO and PPC/AdWords strategies Strong experience of CRM with marketing providers, such as HubSpot Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously An excellent understanding of the digital industry Ability to build and maintain strong client and team relationships Confident communicator and presenter at all levels, with excellent interpersonal skills
